Terms of Service for SVG Import

Agreement to Terms

By using SVG Import, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

SVG Import is a free Webflow Designer extension. It lets you paste SVG code directly into Webflow and generates the matching DOM elements automatically.

Free Service and Optional Sponsorship

The Service is provided at no cost. There are no subscription fees or usage limits.

You can choose to support development through an optional sponsorship or donation. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Sponsorship is voluntary, is not required to use any feature, and does not create a service obligation beyond these Terms.

We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will give notice, and core functionality will remain free.

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including warranties about functionality, accuracy, compatibility, or availability.

Support and Bug Fixes

Support operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution timeframes.

User Responsibilities

You must:

  • Comply with Webflow's terms of service.
  • Hold the rights to any SVG content you import.
  • Back up your Webflow projects.
  • Test imports before relying on them in production.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is capped at the amount you paid for the Service (zero dollars for the free Service).

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your SVG content. The extension and its code remain the property of Flowcraft.

Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Third-Party Integration

The Service operates inside the Webflow Designer and is subject to Webflow's policies. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms.

Termination

Either party may end use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
